In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your services does apply as a rebooking fee and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
A no call, no show will result in 100% of the appointment booked to be paid before rebooking your next appointment. Multiple appointments canceled/missed without proper notice may result in discontinuation of services.
As each of my guest's time is extremely important to me, guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not receive full appointment booked and will still owe the full appointment amount or may have an appointment canceled due to insufficient time resulting in a rebooking fee.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, discussed in the consultation, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. I DO NOT guarantee any color if you are not using salon bought/ recommended products following your color service.
